Antigravity Gear

Fifty Sense Seal of Approval To fully understand George "Tin Man" Andrews' commitment to lightweight hiking gear and enjoying the hike, you need to read "about us" on his website, http://www.antigravitygear.com/about.php.

Their mission is definitely in alignment with ours. The older we get, we don't have to prove we can or want to carry 60-70 pounds when backpacking. We love the videos on how to use the products!

AntiGravityGear Stove Set Special

We tested this set and were very pleased at the results. Not all alcohol stoves are the same. If you haven't used a lightweight alcohol stove before, make sure you go to the stoves section of Antigravity Gear and try it out at home. You can't simmer with this stove, but since it comes with a cozy, most dehydrated items will soften up and stay warm.

We love how the alcohol container does not look like a water bottle- very important not to drink it! The cozy not only can be used as a warmer, but as a bowl, and a great way to store and protect the stove. This set also comes with a classic windscreen and a stove primer pan. This is a wonderful way to enjoy a warm meal without all the weight.
